Cancellation Policy for Rental Boats

Customers are required to acknowledge and accept the following cancellation policy upon making a reservation:

1. Cancellation Notice: To cancel a reservation, customers must notify us at least 5 days in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit.

2. Deposit Refund: The deposit can be refunded if the customer provides notice of cancellation 5 days prior to the reservation date. Additionally, in the event of adverse weather conditions that necessitate the cancellation of the reservation for safety reasons, the deposit will also be refunded.
