- Customers are eligible for a 50% refund.
c. Less than 72 hours before booking date
- No refund will be issued.
3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive at the agreed departure time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
4. Weather Conditions
Your safety is our priority.
- If a trip is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, you will be offered:
- A rescheduled date, or
- A full refund
Weather-related cancellations are determined solely by our experienced team.
5. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to:
- Technical issues with the boat
- Safety concerns
- Unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, you will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule
6. Changes to Bookings
If you need to modify your booking (date, time, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
